William Midgette - President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Midgette joined Porex in 2002, following a successful tenure with C. R. Bard, Inc., a multinational leader in the medical device industry. At Bard, Mr. Midgette held several positions of increasing authority including President for Bard International, Inc., Bard Japan, Ltd., and the Bard Medical Division. Mr. Midgette graduated from the University of Waterloo, Ontario with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science.
Victor Marrero - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Marrero has served as Porex CFO since 2003, and has been with the company since 1984. He has also served as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development with HLTH Corporation and its predecessor companies and has 24 years of industry experience. Mr. Marrero graduated from Pace University in New York with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
Nils Gustavsson - Senior Vice President, General Manager, OEM Technologies
Mr. Gustavsson joined Porex in January 2011, and has global responsibility for sales, marketing and product development. He has over 20 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, and business development with E.I. DuPont de Nemours and General Electric. Mr. Gustavsson is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, with a Master of Science degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication. He also holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Tycho Brahe in Helsingborg, Sweden.
William Foughty - Senior Vice President, Global Operations
Mr. Foughty joined Porex in 2009. He has over 25 years’ experience in the areas of lean manufacturing, quality systems, product development, and process engineering. He previously held positions with AMI Doduco, General Electric, Black and Decker, and Flextronics. He is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, and he also holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Case Western University.
Rod Shough - Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Mr. Shough joined Porex in 2004. He was previously with the American Standard/Trane organization for over 20 years in various strategic human resources and labor relations roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for Trane’s Unitary Products Division and Vice President of Human Resources for American Standard’s shared services organization. Mr. Shough graduated from Michigan State University and holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations.
James Wingo - Senior Vice President and General Manager
Mr. Wingo has over 35 years of experience with Porex. He has held a wide variety of executive positions within the organization, and authored U.S. patents on medical products currently sold by Porex. Mr. Wingo holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Georgia State University.
Jeff Williams - Vice President and General Manager, Porex Filtration
Mr. Williams joined Porex in 1999, with the company's Porex Surgical Business Unit. He held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately leading Porex Surgical as Vice President and General Manager. The Porex Surgical business was sold to Stryker Corporation in 2010, and Mr. Williams joined Stryker in that process. In January 2012, he rejoined Porex as Vice President and General Manager of the Porex Filtration Business Unit. He brings over 25 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, and business leadership expertise, having worked with Baxter and Allegiance Healthcare. Mr. Williams is a graduate of the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management with an MBA. He completed his undergraduate degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
