How can I have a molded part produced for my exclusive own use?
The majority of Porex's sales originate through the sale of custom products. These parts are produced from captive tooling - meaning that the tool's owner has exclusive production rights to the part's production. In order to efficiently develop custom products, Porex has established a well-defined product Development Process that includes the following stages: Feasibility, Prototype, Production Development, Pilot Production, and lastly Production. During a development project, rapid prototype tooling and prototype parts can be manufactured to produce geometries that better comply with specific functional needs and part specifications.
