Used in protein precipitation, high speed automation, protein purification and other applications, the solvent support membrane helps retain acetonitrile and methanol in a design optimized porous matrix that eliminates many time consuming centrifugation and transfer steps. Available in sheets or rolls, the POREX^® PE Protein Precipitation Membrane is chemically inert, contains no leachables and is hydrophobic and oleophobic.

POREX^® PTFE Protein Precipitation Membrane has been designed optimized to remove precipitated protein during mixing and incubation without plugging, breakthrough, or acetonitrile and other organic solvent leakage. The use of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter media helps eliminate time-consuming centrifugation and transfer steps in 96-deep well plates. Available in rolls.
