Automotive Electronic Enclosure Vents

Without the fragility and variability common in non-sintered materials, POREX Virtek® PTFE, which is specifically designed for automotive venting applications, uses unique sintered material that outperforms other material options. With its robust porous structure, our vents utilize an air-permeable structure that equalizes pressure and protects the enclosure seals from premature failure.

  • Reduces pressure buildup in sealed enclosures
  • Repels water, dust, oil, and other automotive fluids
  • Sintered structure allows for easy handling
  • Ultrasonic welding without cumbersome assembly techniques
  • 100% free of PFOA – compliant with (EC) 1907/2006 REAC / Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 POP
  • Porex Virtek PTFE®
  • Rolls, slit rolls, sheets, discs or adhesive backed shapes
